1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, making inquiries, or placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you may not use this website or our services.
2. Products & Descriptions
Hosun NewMat focuses on flexible stone, flexible veneer stone and new-type wall decoration materials. Our products feature flexibility, bendability, light weight, flame retardancy and natural stone texture, suitable for interior & exterior wall decoration, wall renovation and special-shaped wall construction. All product images, texture samples, parameters and construction renderings on this website are for reference only. Due to natural mineral raw materials, inorganic modified materials, natural stone texture differences and batch production variations, slight differences in texture, color, surface unevenness and standard dimensional tolerance are inherent product characteristics of flexible stone products. Such differences do not constitute quality defects and will not affect normal construction, installation and final decorative effects. We reserve the right to optimize product dimensions, surface craftsmanship, packaging styles and auxiliary material formulas without changing the core performance of flexible stone products, including flexibility, flame retardancy, stone simulation effect and construction adaptability. Any major changes involving product materials, core parameters, flame retardant standards, wear and weather resistance will be notified to customers with confirmed orders in advance, and adjustments will be implemented only after mutual negotiation.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All product information displayed on the website is for reference only. All orders are valid only after formal written confirmation (Proforma Invoice). Final orders are subject to stock verification and agreed terms. We reserve the right to reject abnormal, malicious, or unqualified orders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transaction terms are FOB Ningbo, including product cost, standard packaging, and customs declaration fees, excluding international freight, insurance, destination taxes, customs duties, and local service fees.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Delays
Goods are shipped from Ningbo, China by default. Delivery lead time depends on order quantity, production schedule, logistics arrangement, and destination customs clearance. We shall not be liable for any delay caused by customs inspection, port congestion, shipping schedule changes, policy adjustments, epidemic situations, natural disasters, or any force majeure events.
5. Returns, Refunds & After-sales
After the goods arrive, the buyer shall inspect the outer package and product integrity immediately. Flexible stone is a thin and flexible decorative material. If there is transportation damage, tearing, stains, large-area deformation or original manufacturing defects, the buyer must provide clear photos, videos, logistics vouchers and detailed product defect pictures within 7 calendar days after receipt of goods. After verification and excluding artificial damage such as improper construction, collision and self-cutting/modification by the buyer, we will decide on remedy solutions including repair, replacement, reshipment, or partial/full refund. Customized flexible stone products made according to buyer's wall size, special-shaped requirements, custom colors, custom thicknesses and special flame retardant/weather resistance standards are non-returnable and non-refundable without verified original quality defects. The after-sales policy for standard in-stock flexible stone products shall be implemented in accordance with mutual agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All website texts, images, videos, logos, designs, layouts, and technical content are the intellectual property of Hosun NewMat and protected by international copyright and IP laws. No copying, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or republication is allowed without written authorization. Cooperative customers may use official product materials for normal business promotion and sales, provided that such usage does not involve infringement, counterfeiting, or unfair competition.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hosun NewMat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit or business interruption losses caused by improper construction, unqualified base layer treatment, failure to follow flexible stone construction specifications, artificial collision and wear, or irregular use in harsh outdoor environments. Our total maximum liability shall be subject to the actual transaction value of the relevant order.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, all disputes shall be submitted to CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) for arbitration in Ningbo in accordance with its effective rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
